The Old York Library at CUNY-Graduate Center
365 Fifth Avenue Basement of the Mina Rees Library
The Old York Library contains a unique assemblage of books, maps, images, newspaper, and memorabilia of New York City.

The collection, found in the 1960s by Seymour Durst, chronicles the history, geography, architecture, culture, politics, and many other aspects that tell the story of New York City.

Access: The Seymour B. Durst Reading Room at the Graduate Center of the City of New York is available by appointment only during the following hours: Monday 9:30-5:30 Wednesday 9:30-5:30 Thursday 10-2
