Founded in 2004, the Leon Levy Foundation is a private, not-for-profit foundation created from the estate of Leon Levy, a legendary investor with a longstanding commitment to philanthropy. The Foundation’s overarching goal is to continue the tradition of humanism characteristic of Mr. Levy by supporting scholarship at the highest level, ultimately advancing knowledge and improving the lives of individuals and society at large.
Was telling someone today how at one time in the garment industry how when people left a job how easy it was to get another. It was such a booming industry and how it just faded away to a point that there are people that never even heard of the garment center
I OWN A JERRI SHERMAN CREME SILK BLOUSE WITH PUFFY CHIFFON LONG SLEEVES APPLIQUED WITH EXQUISITE DESIGN CONSISTING OF LARGE FLOWERS AND GOLD FABRIC TOSSELS —THE FLOWERS WERE RED AND YELLOW HIGHLIGHTED WITH GOLD STRANDS. WHENEVER I WEAR IT — IT IS ADMIRED BY ALL AS IT IS SENSATIONAL IN DESIGN. I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE OTHER ARTICLES DESIGNED BY HIM — IS THERE SOME WHERE THAT I COULD PURCHASE THEM.
Your comments thrilled me. Everything you said warmed my heart and me feel that all my efforts to create beautiful clothes were appreciated. Jerri Sherman Ltd. was in business for fifteen exciting years from 1981 until 1996. A major goal was to produce clothes that made women feel wonderful and to receive those nice compliments from others. Without knowing the exact blouse to which you refer, please realize that it is atleast sixteen years old, probably older, and I bet it is still in perfect condition.
Thank you, Jerri Sherman
