Leslie Day is a biology and life-science teacher at The Elisabeth Morrow School and author of Field Guide to the Street Trees of New York City illustrated by Trudy Smoke, an English Professor at Hunter College, CUNY, who has studied botanical illustration at the New York Botanical Garden since 2004.
