I'm new to this list and hope someone can answer my questions. My grandfather grew up in NYC -- not sure which part of the city -- in th eearly part of the 20th century. He often mentioned going to a high school called something like the NYC or NY School of Commerce or Commerce and Business. I'd like to find out the correct title for the high school, where it was located, whether it's still in existence, and where I can get student enrollment information, and a photo or two of him in class would be super. I'm guessing he'd have been in high school betweenin the late 1910s into the early 1920s. I'm working up a biography of him, and this is a blank area in my records. Any help is greatly appreciated.
